Cast concrete with your chosen architectural finish — brick, stone, CMU, or smooth. The exterior wythe is the building's identity, rain screen, and weather barrier in one.
Thermal Core
R-20 to R-30+. Zero Thermal Bridging.
High-density EPS foam locked between both concrete wythes. Eliminates thermal bridges entirely — reducing HVAC sizing and lifetime energy costs on every build.
Interior Wythe
Paint-Ready. Pre-Wired.
Outlet boxes, conduit, and all electrical embeds are cast in during production. The interior surface leaves the factory smooth enough to paint directly.
